Our company is operated by retired corporate executives who traveled this country in business for over twenty years experiencing the customer service of hotels and luxury transportation services first hand. In fact the CEO of Ambassador Limousine has written training manuals, authored and taught courses on Customer Acquisition, Relations, Retention, and Superior Customer Service Skills. The company is managed day to day by retired military non-commissioned officers who specialized in transportation, logistics and security over careers that spanned twenty-one years and twenty years respectively.
